抗稻瘟病基因在黑龙江水稻资源中的分布 被引量:7

Study on the Distribution of Rice Blast Resistant Genes in Rice Resources of Heilongjiang Province

摘要 为了明确黑龙江主栽水稻品种及骨干育种亲本中抗稻瘟病基因的分布情况和利用价值,本研究对102份水稻资源中的抗稻瘟病基因Pid2、Pid3、Pi9、Pi2/Pizt、Pita、Pi5及Pib进行了分子检测,并对他们的分布情况和抗病效应进行相关性分析。结果表明:在102份水稻资源中,Pita和Pi5检出率相对较高,为31.37%和29.41%,其次是Pib、Pi2/Pizt、Pid2和Pid3,检出率分别为18.62%、9.8%、1.96%和1.96%;本研究中没有检测到Pi9。同时,我们发现多基因聚合的品种较携带单基因或不含抗病基因的品种抗性强;其中龙粳41携带抗稻瘟病基因最多(4个),表现为抗病。在被检测基因中,Pi2/Pizt、Pita和Pi5对黑龙江水稻稻瘟病抗性贡献都较大,但当Pita和Pi5聚合时对黑龙江省水稻抗瘟性改良最大。本研究为黑龙江省水稻抗稻瘟病基因聚合育种以及抗瘟基因的合理利用提供了科学依据。 To clarify the distribution and utilization value of rice blast resistant genes in main cultivated rice varieties and their backbone breeding parents in rice resources of Heilongjiang Province, in this study, we detected the rice blast resistance genes Pid2, Pid3, Pi9, Pi2/Pizt, Pita, Pi5 and Pib in 102 rice resources by molecular detection, and analyzed the correlation between their distribution and disease resistance. The results showed that the detection rate of Pita and Pi5 were higher than other genes in 102 rice resources, reaching 31.37% and 29.41%, respectively, followed by Pib, Pi2, Pid2 and Pid3, with the proportion of 18.62%, 9.8%, 1.96% and 1.96%, respectively. No Pi9 was detected in this study. At the same time, we found that the varieties with polygenic aggregation were more resistant than those with single gene or no resistance gene, and Longjing 41 had the most resistant genes (4), which showed resistance to rice blast. In the tested genes, Pi2/Pizt, Pita and Pi5 contributed much to rice blast the resistance of Heilongjiang, but when Pita and Pi5 were polymerized, making the great improvement of resistance to rice blast of Heilongjiang Province. This study might provide a scientific basis for the breeding of blast resistant genes polymerization and the rational utilization of blast resistant genes in Heilongjiang Province.
