Investments,infrastructure,funding for public services,a language database,more than 1,500projects last year,and other incentives are helping raise living standards and the well- being of China's minority peoples in Guangxi,as developed by guidelines set by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
