基于“五位一体”护理学科建设的实践与思考

Nursing discipline construction based on five aspects:practice and reflection

学科建设是专业建设的基础,也是促进单位发展的强大引擎。该文在国家"双一流"学科建设的宏观背景下,介绍了国家第4轮学科评估A+学科——海军军医大学(原第二军医大学)护理学科积极把握机遇,遵循学科发展规律,坚持内涵发展、精品制胜战略,围绕学术队伍、科学研究、人才培养、对外交流、平台基地开展"五位一体"特色优势学科体系建设实践,以及对护理学科建设策略的一些思考。

Discipline construction is the foundation of professional development and the motivation of school development.Under the background of the national "double first-class"discipline construction,this article introduced the experience of nursing discipline construction at the Navy Medical University (the former Second Military Medical University),which was graded as A+discipline in the 4th national discipline evaluation.The nursing discipline made full use of opportunities and followed the discipline development pattern.Construction was made in five aspects involving faculty team,scientific research,talent cultivation,foreign exchange and training center,so as to provide some reflections and suggestions of the strategies of nursing discipline construction.
