维生素D及其受体调控NF-k B信号通路对糖尿病肾病保护机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 糖尿病肾病(DN)主要特征是细胞外基质(ECM)过度沉积[1],毛细血管基底膜增厚和系膜基质增生,进而导致肾小球硬化和肾小管间质纤维化[2]。尽管积极的控制,但仍有27%~31%发展为肾衰竭[3],在西方国家,糖尿病已成为导致终末期肾病的首位原因,44%的患者需要接受血液透析[4]。
