摘要
针对静止式电能表电快速瞬变脉冲群试验不合格率较高的情况,选取一款典型的单相静止式电能表进行分析,发现该表控制单元电源部分的地参考网络不完整,导致电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验不合格。优化PCB板布局后,该表符合GB/T 17215.211-2006和GB/T 17215.321-2008的电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验要求。
Aiming at the fact that the static electricity meter often failed to pass the electrical fast transient/burst (EFT/B )immunity test,a typical single phase electricity meter is selected for analysis and modification.It is found that incomplete design of ground reference network in the power supply of static electricity meter control unit is the reason of unqualified EFT/B immunity test. After optimizing the layout of PCB board,the static electricity meter pass the EFT/B immunity test and complied with the requirements of the standards GB/T 17215.211-2006 and GB/T 17215.321-2008.
