中西医结合治疗老年风湿病的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile rheumatism

目的探讨对老年风湿病患者采取中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法 150例老年风湿病患者,根据治疗措施不同分为联合组和单一组,各75例。单一组仅采取单纯的西医治疗,联合组在西医治疗的基础上加以中医进行联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果以及满意度。结果联合组总有效率为97.33%,高于单一组的82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组满意度为98.67%,高于单一组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年风湿病患者采取中西医结合治疗的措施,能够达到理想的治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of senile patients with rheumatism. Methods A total of 150 senile patients with rheumatism were divided by different treatment measures into combined group and single group, with 75 cases in each group. Single group was treated with simple Western medicine, and the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Western medicine. The treatment effect and satisfaction degree in two groups was compared. Results The combined group had higher total effective rate as 97.33% than 82.67% in Conclusion Application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve the desired therapeutic effect for senile patients with rheumatism.
