早期康复锻炼对剖宫产术后患者产后恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on postpartum recovery in patients with cesarean section

目的研究早期康复锻炼对剖宫产术后患者产后恢复的影响。方法 62例剖宫产术后患者,采用双盲随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用腹部按摩和产后康复仪进行产后康复,观察组在对照组基础上加用早期康复锻炼进行产后康复。对两组患者的产后恢复情况、并发症发生情况、满意度进行比较分析。结果观察组患者产后肛门排气恢复时间、进食时间、术后疼痛持续时间、术后恶露持续时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者尿潴留、肺部感染的发生率分别为6.45%、9.68%,均低于对照组的25.81%、32.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度96.77%明显高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复锻炼对于剖宫产术后患者的产后恢复具有良好的促进作用,且患者满意度较高。

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation exercise on postpartum recovery in patients with cesarean section. Methods A total of 62 patients with cesarean section were divided by double blind random grouping method into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received abdominal massage and postpartum rehabilitation instrument for postpartum rehabilitation, and the observation group received early rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. Comparison and analysis were made on postpartum recovery, occurrence of complications and satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter anal exhaust recovery time, eating time, postoperative pain duration, postoperative lochia duration than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had lower incidence of urinary retention and pulmonary infection respectively as 6.45% and 9.68%, which were lower than 25.81% and 32.26% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher satisfaction degree as 96.77% than 74.19% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise has a good promoting effect on postpartum recovery of patients after cesarean section, and patients’ satisfaction is higher.
