瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗老年气虚血瘀兼痰湿型慢性充血性心力衰竭

Effect of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction in Treating Senile Chronic Congestive Heart Failure with Syndrome of Qi Deficiency, Blood Stasis and Phlegm-damp

目的观察瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗老年气虚血瘀兼痰湿型慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将100例气虚血瘀兼痰湿型慢性充血性心力衰竭患者病例随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例,对照组采取常规抗心力衰竭西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗。观察2组治疗前后的心力衰竭疗效(Lee氏)评分、中医症状改善积分、心功能改善情况评分、再住院率、Ang℃、ET-1水平。结果治疗后2组患者心功能改善评分、心衰疗效评分、中医症状疗评分、再住院率、Ang℃、ET-1水平均较治疗前改善明显(P <0.05);治疗后观察组心功能改善评分、心力衰竭疗效评分、中医症状改善积分、再住院率、Ang℃、ET-1水平与对照组比较,改善更为明显(P <0.05)。结论瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗慢性心力衰竭效果明显。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) with the syndrome of qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm-damp. Methods One hundred patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-heart failure western medicine, while the observation group was given the prescription of Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The Lee’s score, traditional Chinese medicine improvement score, cardiac function improvement score and re- hospitalization rate, Ang II and ET-1 levels were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment, the Lee’s score, traditional Chinese medicine improvement score, re-hospitalization rate, Ang II and ET-1 levels were significantly improved in the two groups ( P < 0.05). And compared with the control group, the improvement in the observation group was more obvious ( P <0.05). Conclusion Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction is effective in treating senile chronic CHF with the syndrome of qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm-damp.
