加减大柴胡汤结合针罐治疗胆汁反流性胃炎

Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis with Modified Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Needlecupping

目的观察加减大柴胡汤结合针罐治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择120例胆汁反流性胃炎患者病例随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例。治疗组采用加减大柴胡汤结合针罐方案进行治疗,对照组单以加减大柴胡汤进行治疗,2组治疗周期均为30 d,治疗结束后评价2组治疗效果。结果治疗组临床总有效率为100%,优于对照组的75%(P <0.05)。结论加减大柴胡汤结合针罐治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with needle- cupping in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with bile reflux gastritis were divided into the blank group and the treatment group randomly, 60 in each group. The treatment group was given Dachaihu Decoction and needle-cupping therapy, and the blank group was treated by Dachaihu Decoction only. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of two groups was evaluated. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, which was better than 75% of the control group ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with needle-cupping for bile reflux gastritis has obvious clinical effect.
