正骨十四法结合中医熏洗对老年桡骨远端骨折腕关节功能恢复的影响

Effect of FourteenBone-setting ManipulationCombined with Herbal Fumigation on Wrist Joint Function Recovery in Elderly Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

目的探讨正骨十四法结合中医熏洗对老年桡骨远端骨折腕关节功能恢复的影响。方法选择我院2015年1月-2017年1月收治的95例老年桡骨远端骨折患者,根据入院先后顺序,分为观察组(46例)及对照组(49例)。对照组确诊后给予正骨十四法进行复位,观察组在对照组基础上给予外洗一方熏洗,2次/d,疗程为3个月。观察2组疼痛缓解时间、手背肿痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间变化;2组治疗前后腕关节活动度及Gartland-Werley功能评分变化;2组治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组的疼痛缓解时间、手背肿痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照组,2组的背伸、掌屈、尺偏、桡偏均明显优于治疗前(P <0.05);观察组的GartlandWerley优良率为89.1%,明显高于对照组的71.4%(P <0.05)。结论正骨十四法结合中医熏洗对老年桡骨远端骨折安全有效,能促进腕关节功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of Fourteen Bone-setting manipulation combined with herbal fumigation on wrist joint function recovery in elderly patients with distal radius fracture. Methods Ninety-five elderly patients with distal radius fracture were divided into the observation group (46 cases) and control group (49 cases) according to admission. The control group was givenFourteen Bone-setting manipulation, the observation group was given Waixi Yifang fumigation on the basis of the treatment of control group. The changes of pain relief time, dorsum of hand swelling and pain disappearance time, bone recovery time of both groups were observed. The wrist movement and Gartland-Werley function score were compared before and after treatment in both groups. Results The pain relief time, dorsum of hand swelling and pain disappearance time, bone recovery time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The back extension, palm bend, ulnar deviation, radial deviation of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment ( P < 0.05). The Gartland-Werley excellent and good rate of observation group (89.1%) was higher than that (71.4%) of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Fourteen Bone- setting manipulation combined with herbal fumigation are safe and effective on wrist function recovery in elderly patients with distal radius fracture.
