灵龟八法配合悬吊运动疗法治疗产后慢性腰背痛

Treatment of Postpartum Chronic Low Back Pain with Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle and Suspension Exercise Therapy

目的观察灵龟八法配合悬吊运动疗法治疗产后慢性腰背痛的临床疗效。方法选取52例产后慢性腰背痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各26例。对照组采用灵龟八法针刺治疗,观察组采用灵龟八法配合悬吊运动疗法治疗(SET)。1次/d,5次/周,4周为1疗程,共观察1个疗程。观察治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科学会(JOA)下背痛评分、腹横肌(Tr A)厚度的数值变化。结果观察组总有效率88.46%,高于对照组的76.92%(P <0.05);治疗后2组VAS评分均显著降低,但观察组降低更明显(P <0.05);治疗后2组日本骨科学会(JOA)下背痛评分均明显增加,且观察组增加比对照组更显著(P <0.05)。超声探查腹横肌厚度的变化,治疗后,观察组有所增加(P <0.05),对照组无明显变化(P> 0.05)。结论灵龟八法配合悬吊运动疗法治疗产后慢性腰背痛,能有效缓解产后腰背慢性疼痛,改善腰部功能活动。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of eight methods of intelligent turtle with sling exercise therapy (SET) in the treatment of postpartum chronic low back pain. Methods Fifty-two patients with postpartum chronic low back pain were were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 26 in each group. The control group was treated with eight methods of intelligent turtle acupuncture treatment, while the observation group was treated with eight methods of intelligent turtle and SET. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Japan Orthopedic Association (JOA) low back pain score, transversus abdominis (TrA) thickness were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate (88.46%) of the observation groupwas higher than that (76.92%) of the control group ( P < 0.05). After treatment, the scoresof VAS in both groups were significantly decreased, and especially in the observation group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the VOA lower back pain scores in both groupswere significantly increased, especially in the observation group ( P <0.05). The thickness of TrA after treatment increased in the observation group ( P <0.05), but not in the control group ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Eight methods of intelligent turtle with SETcan effectively alleviate postpartum chronic low back pain and improve lumbar functional activities.
