“乌头汤”加减熏蒸结合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病

Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Fumigation and Steaming of Modified Wutou Decoction and Massage Therapy

目的观察在推拿手法治疗基础上运用"乌头汤"加减熏蒸结合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效,为推拿临床提供新疗法。方法按随机原则将神经根型颈椎病患者分为中药熏蒸结合推拿手法治疗组、传统推拿手法治疗组和口服中药治疗组,中药熏蒸结合推拿手法治疗组采用乌头汤加减熏蒸并结合推拿手法治疗;传统推拿手法治疗组采用单纯推拿手法治疗或牵引治疗为主;口服中药组服用颈复康颗粒。以中医证候学指标、症状疼痛指数为评价指标,比较总有效率来确定不同治疗方法的临床疗效。结果中药熏蒸结合推拿手法治疗组总有效率达95.56%,优于传统推拿手法治疗组的87.64%(P <0.05)与口服中药治疗组的74.16%(P <0.05)。结论"乌头汤"加减熏蒸结合推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fumigation and steaming of modified Wutou Decoction combined with massage therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into the massage group, the Jingfukang Granule group and the control group. The massage group was treated only with massage, the Jingfukang Granule group was given Jingfukang Granule, and the control group was treated with fumigation and steaming of modified Wutou Decoction combined with massage therapy. TCM syndrome score, pain index and total effective rate in the 3 groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 95.56%, which was better than 87.64% of the massage treatment group ( P < 0.05) and 74.16% of the Jingfukang Granule group. Conclusion Fumigation and steaming of modified Wutou Decoction combined with massage therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has obvious curative effect.
