缬沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压患者的效果观察

Clinical observation of valsartan combined with L-amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的观察缬沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压患者的临床效果。方法选择医院内科门诊及住院部收治的轻、中度原发性高血压患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组口服缬沙坦和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,对照组口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。观察2组治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、肾功能、血糖、血钾的变化及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗2、8周后观察组、对照组SBP、DBP数值较治疗前明显下降,且观察组SBP、DBP下降幅度大于对照组(P均<0. 01);治疗8周后,观察组总有效率为97. 5%,高于对照组的82. 5%(P <0. 05);治疗前后2组间肾功能、血糖、血钾数值比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 2组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压其降压效果平稳,效果显著且安全,不良反应少,有助于保护靶器官,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of valsartan combined with L-amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with L-amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group. The changes of SBP,DBP,renal function,blood glucose and serum potassium were observed before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results After 2 and 8 weeks of treatment,SBP and DBP in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P <0. 05). After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 5%,which was higher than 82. 5% of the control group (P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in renal function,blood sugar and blood potassium level between the 2 groups before and after treatment (P >0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups (P >0. 05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with L-amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension has stable antihypertensive effect,significant and safe efficacy,less adverse reactions,is conducive to the protection of target organs,worthy of clinical application.
