康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡患者的疗效及对GAS、CCK、MTL水平的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Pantoprazole on GAS,CCK and MTL Levels in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的观察康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡患者的疗效及对胃泌素(GAS)、缩胆囊素(CCK)、胃动素(MTL)水平的影响。方法选取医院就诊的消化性溃疡患者118例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗;观察组给予康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗,观察比较2组疗效,治疗前后GAS、CCK、MTL水平,T淋巴细胞亚群CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+水平,不良发应及复发情况。结果观察组显效率为61. 02%、总有效率为91. 53%,高于对照组的42. 37%、76. 27%(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组GAS、CCK水平较治疗前降低,MTL水平较治疗前升高,且观察组GAS、CCK水平低于对照组,MTL水平高于对照组(P均<0. 01);治疗后,2组CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平较治疗前升高,CD_8^+水平较治疗前降低,且观察组CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平高于对照组,CD_8^+水平低于对照组(P <0. 01或P <0. 05); 2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组复发率为5. 08%,低于对照组的16. 95%(P <0. 05)。结论康复新液联合泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡患者疗效显著,同时能有效改善患者GAS、CCK、MTL水平和T淋巴细胞亚群,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Pantoprazole on peptic ulcer patients and its influence on GAS,CCK and MTL levels. Methods A total of 118 patients with peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pantoprazole,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects,GAS,CCK and MTL levels,T cell subsets (CD 3 + ,CD 4 + ,CD 8 + ) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions and recurrence were also compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 61. 02%,the total effective rate was 91. 53%,higher than that of control group 42. 37%,76. 27% (P <0. 05). After treatment,the levels of GAS and CCK in the 2 groups decreased,and the level of MTL increased. The decrease or increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group (P <0. 01). After treatment,the levels of CD 3 + and CD 4 + in the 2 groups were higher than those before treatment,while CD 8 + levels were lower than those before treatment. The decrease or increase in the observation group was larger than that in the control group (P <0. 01 or P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups (P >0. 05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 5. 08%,which was lower than 16. 95% in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole has a remarkable effect in treating peptic ulcer. It can effectively improve the levels of GAS, CCK,MTL and T lymphayte subsets in patients with peptic ulcer. It is safe and worthy of clinical application.
