摘要
针对环肋圆柱壳结构的肋骨径向初挠度超差加强方法,在理论分析的基础上,利用APDL参数化有限元方法模拟肋骨径向初挠度。通过系列计算和无量纲化对比分析,验证了《规范》中肋骨强度理论计算公式的准确性,并推导了肋骨超差加强面积计算公式。通过系列仿真计算校核舱段的失稳临界压力,计算结果表明,部分肋骨具有径向初挠度时按强度要求加强后,能满足舱段稳定性要求,不需从稳定性的角度考虑肋骨超差加强方案。
The research on the method for strengthening ribs with initial radial deformation on ring-stiffened cylindrical shell structure, based on the theoretical analysis, simulate the initial radial deformation of ribs with APDL programs, verify the correctness of the calculation formula of rib’s strength theory in the specification by series calculation and dimensionless comparison, and derive the formulas for calculating the stiffening area of fibs. The buckling critical pressure of cabins is calculated by simulation, the calculated results show that structural stability of cabin is met requirement when part of ribs with initial radial deformation strengthened according to the strength requirements, so it is not necessary to consider the ribs stiffen scheme from the perspective of stability.
