基于数字散斑相关法的气密环变形测试研究

摘要 气密环作为新型发射装置的组成部分,其承压性能对保证导弹正常发射具有重要意义。为测试气密环的承压性能,获取其在一定压力下的变形情况,搭建了1套气密环承压性能试验装置。在此基础上,分别采用拉线位移传感器和基于数字散斑相关法的XCDIC测试系统对气密环变形开展测试研究。结果表明:基于数字散斑相关法的XTDIC系统适用于气密环形变测试;相对于弹体静止工况,弹体运动对气密环变形影响较小; XTDIC系统获取的全场连续变形曲线能够为气密环结构优化设计提供数据支撑。 It is of great significance for the pressure-bearing performance of the seal ring to ensure the launch of the missile smoothly, as the seal ring is a part of the launch device. In order to test the pressure-bearing performance of the seal ring and obtain its deformation under certain pressure, a set of test equipment for the seal ring is built. On this basis, the deformation of the seal ring is tested and studied by the guyed displacement meter and the XCDIC test system based on digital speckle correlation method respectively. The result shows that XTDIC system based on digital speckle correlation method is suitable for testing the deformation of the seal ring, and compared with the static condition of the missile, it has little influence for the missile movement on the deformation of the seal ring, and full-field continuous deformations curve obtained by XCDIC system could provide reference for the optimal design of the structure of the seal ring.
