适用于UUV的闭式循环热动力系统

摘要 锂/六氟化硫热源的能量密度很高,生成液体产物且体积小于消耗的锂的体积,航行中无需向外界排放。锂/六氟化硫在热管反应器中反应并将热量传给工质。热管反应器与汽轮机、斯特林发动机或布赖顿涡轮机结合可构成闭式循环动力系统,适合用于无人水下航行器(UUV)的动力。本文介绍了热管反应器的工作特性,以及闭式循环汽轮机动力系统、斯特林发动机动力系统和布赖顿涡轮机动力系统的组成,对系统的工作参数与循环效率进行分析。 The energy density of the lithium reaction with sulfur hexafluoride is very high. Liquid product volume is less than the fuel consumption volume, without emissions while sailing. Lithium react with sulfur hexafluoride and the heat is transferred to medium in the heat pipe reactor. The heat pipe reactor is combined with the steam turbine, the Stirling engine or the Brayton turbine to make a closed cycle thermodynamic system suitable for UUV propulsion. In this paper, the working characteristic of the heat pipe reactor, the power system composition of the steam turbine, the Stirling engine as well as the Brayton turbine is respectively expounded. The working parameters and cycle efficiency of each system are analyzed.
