摘要
船体承受的冲击载荷由基座传递至设备,为保证基座良好的冲击性能,设计合理的基座结构,进行减振器选型,并对基座进行抗冲击分析非常关键。以某型柴油发电机组基座为分析对象,利用Ansys软件建立柴油发电机组基座有限元模型,采用谱分析法和时间历程法进行抗冲击计算,并对这2种计算方法的计算结果进行对比;分析了机组采用弹性安装和刚性安装下对基座抗冲击性能的影响;讨论了减振器刚度对基座抗冲击强度的影响;通过有限元建模和冲击响应分析,对浮动核电站设备和基座的建模方式、抗冲击计算方法具有一定的指导意义。
The shock load on the hull is transmitted from the base to the equipment.To ensure the base frame's impact performance,designing reasonable base frame structure,selection designing of shock buffer and making shock-resistance analysis of base frame are very important.Using a type of emergency diesel generator set (gen-set)base frame as analysis object,the finite element model is built with Ansys,and the shock-resistance analysis is made with spectrum response method and transient response method.The paper analysis the mounting anti shock performance when the base frame is rigid and flexibly mounted,the influence of mounting shock strength under different buffer stiffness is discussed.It's guiding significant to modeling and anti-shock analysis of the float nuclear plant's equipment and mounting through the f'mite element modeling and the shock response analysis.
