摘要
目的探讨低频超声联合低频电刺激治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床效果。方法选取乐山老年病专科医院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的慢性脑供血不足患者400例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用低频超声联合低频电刺激治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及治疗前后血液黏度及脑部(大脑前动脉、基底动脉、大脑中动脉)血流情况。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血液黏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血液黏度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者大脑前动脉、基底动脉、大脑中动脉血液流速比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者大脑前动脉、基底动脉、大脑中动脉血液流速大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频超声联合低频电刺激治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床效果确切,其可有效降低血液黏度,加快血液流速,进而改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in treating cerebral insufficiency.Methods A total of 400 cases of patients with cerebral insufficiency were selected from May 2016to May 2017 in Leshan Geriatrics Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,200 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medical treatment,the observation group was given low-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation based on control group.The clinical effect and blood viscosity,blood flow in brain (anterior cerebral artery,basilar artery,middle cerebral artery )before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference of blood viscosity was found between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the blood viscosity in observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant differences of blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery,basilar artery or middle cerebral artery was found between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery,basilar artery and middle cerebral artery were lager than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation have an exact clinical effect in treating cerebral insufficiency,it can effectively reduce blood viscosity,speed up blood flow velocity,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
