抗菌药物联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical efficacy of antibacterial agents combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets in treating endometritis

目的探讨抗菌药物联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取邯郸市中医院2016年4月—2017年12月收治的子宫内膜炎患者102例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组51例。对照组患者采用抗菌药物治疗,干预组患者在对照组基础上采用妇科千金片治疗,两组患者均以2周为1个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状(阴道出血、下腹坠痛、下腹胀痛)消失时间,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果干预组患者临床疗效优于对照组,阴道出血、下腹坠痛、下腹胀痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论抗菌药物联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的临床疗效确切,其能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进疾病恢复,且安全性高。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of antibacterial agents combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets in treating endometritis.Methods A total of 102cases of patients with endometritis were selected from April 2016to December 2017in Handan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,51cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibacterial agents,and the intervention group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms (vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal falling pain and distention pain )regression time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the intervention group of clinical effect was better than control group,the regression time of vaginal bleeding,lower abdominal falling pain and distention pain were shorter than control group (P<0.05).There was no serious adverse drug reactions happened.Conclusion Antibacterial agents combined with Fuke Qianjin tablets have an exact clinical effect in treating endometritis,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote disease recovery,and with high safety.
