炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效及其安全性

Clinical effect and safety of ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月射阳县计划生育指导站收治的青春期功血患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用结合雌激素片治疗,观察组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组患者止血时间、总出血量、规律月经次数及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者止血时间短于对照组,总出血量少于对照组,规律月经次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗青春期功血的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状及体征,且安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 70 cases of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were admitted from June 2016 to June 2017 in Sheyang County Family Planning Guidance Station,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conjugated estrogen tablets,while the observation group was treated with ethinyl estradiol and cycproterone tablets.The hemostasis time,total bleeding volume,regular menstruation times and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of hemostasis time was shorter than control group,the total amount of bleeding was less than control group,and the number of regular menstruation was more than control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone tablets is effective in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which can effectively relieve symptoms and signs of patients,and with high safety.
