腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及其安全性

Clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术(LOC)治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取2017年1月—2017年11月射阳县人民医院收治的卵巢囊肿患者52例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组采用开腹式卵巢囊肿剥除术(OOC)治疗,观察组采用LOC治疗。术后随访6个月,比较两组患者临床效果及并发症(切口感染、出血、盆腔粘连、皮下气肿)发生率。结果观察组患者治疗控制率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LOC治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果确切,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy(LOC) for ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 52 cases of patients with ovarian cysts were admitted from January 2017 to November 2017 in Sheyang County People’s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open ovarian cyst extirpation(OOC),the observation group was treated with LOC.Followed up for 6 months,clinical effect and complications(incision infection,hemorrhage,pelvic adhesion,subcutaneous emphysema) of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group of control rate was higher than control group,the incidence rate of complications was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LOC has an obviously clinical effect in treating ovarian cysts,and with high safety.
