精密附着体固定义齿与种植义齿修复牙列缺损的效果比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较精密附着体固定义齿(PAD)与种植义齿(ID)修复牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月常州市中医院口腔科收治的牙列缺损患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为A、B组,各45例。A组采用PAD修复,B组采用ID修复。比较两组患者牙列缺损修复效果及牙列外观满意度。结果 A组患者优良率高于B组(P<0.05)。两组患者牙列外观满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与ID比较,PAD修复牙列缺损的临床效果较确切,但牙列外观没有差别。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of precision attachment denture(PAD )and implant denture(ID ) in repairing dentition defect.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with dentition defect were admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 in Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were divided into A groups and B group according to random number table,45cases in each group.A group was repaired with PAD and B group was repaired by ID.The effect of dentition defect repair and appearance satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate in A group was higher than B group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the appearance satisfaction of dentition (P>0.05).Conclusion PAD has a better clinical effect in repairing dentition defects than ID,but there is no difference in tooth appearance.
