我院再生障碍性贫血患者37例环孢素浓度测定结果分析

Retrospective analysis of cyclosporine blood concentration monitoring in 37 cases of patients with aplastic anemia in our hospital

目的分析我院2017年再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者环孢素血药浓度监测的结果,为临床个体化用药方面提供理论依据。方法收集我院AA患者共378例次环孢素血药浓度监测的数据,进行统计分析。结果 378例次血药浓度监测结果中C0256例次[平均值(195. 72±105. 67)μg/L],其中达到有效血药浓度128例次(50. 00%),低于有效血药浓度34例次(13. 28%),高于有效血药浓度94例次(36. 72%);患者首次监测C0低于有效浓度结果占27. 03%,随着监测次数增加,低浓度占比逐渐下降,高浓度占比增加。C2监测122例次[平均值(801. 62±376. 39)μg/L]。结论环孢素血药浓度监测在临床治疗AA中有重要意义,应联合监测C0和C2指导临床调整给药剂量。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of blood concentration monitoring of cyclosporine in patients with aplastic anemia(AA) in our hospital in 2017,and provide theoretical basis for clinical individualized medication. Methods Cyclosporine blood concentration monitoring of patients with AA in 378 case-times were collected,and the data were statistically analyzed. Results Among the 378 blood drug concentration monitoring results,C0 256 case-times[mean (195. 72 ±105. 67)μg/L],of which 128 case-times(50. 00%) were reached,and 34 case-times(13. 28%) were lower than the effective blood concentration,94 case-times(36. 72%) higher than the effective blood concentration;the first time the patient monitored C0 was less than the effective concentration,accounting for 27. 03%. As the number of monitoring increased,the proportion of low concentration gradually decreased,the concentration ratio increases. C2 was monitored 122 case-times[mean (801. 62 ±376. 39)μg/L]. Conclusion Cyclosporine blood concentration monitoring is important in the treatment of AA,C0 and C2 should be monitored simultaneously to guide the clinical dose adjustment.
