我院2014-2016年门诊手足口病处方分析

Analysis of prescriptions for hand foot and mouth disease in our hospital from 2014 to 2016

目的了解我院手足口病门诊的用药情况,为手足口病的预防和治疗提供依据。方法收集我院2014-2016年手足口病门诊的处方,对其用药情况进行分析。结果手足口门诊处方中,使用最多的是退热药、抗病毒药、消炎药、清热解毒药和免疫增强剂,给药途径以口服为主。结论手足口发病有明显的季节性,且呈逐年下降趋势,药物的治疗以抗病毒药物为主。

Objective To understand the medication status of hand foot and mouth outpatient,provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Collected the prescription of our hospital from 2014 to 2016 and analyzed the drug use. Results In all the outpatient prescriptions of hand foot and mouth disease,the most commonly used were antipyretics,antivirals,anti-inflammatory drugs,antipyretic agents and immune enhancers. The route of administration was mainly oral. Conclusion The incidence of hand foot and mouth disease is obviously seasonal,and it is decreasing year by year. The treatment of drugs is mainly antiviral drugs.
