Looking at the interaction between China and the world in the new era,if we want to move forward constantly,we need to adhere to combining Party leadership with people-centered development;the indomitable will with the measures for making progress while ensuring stability;the theoretical innovation of emancipating the mind and advancing with the times with the practice of exploring with a daring spirit and in the Chinese manner;giving full play to our comparative advantages with extensively drawing on external experience;improving the market economy system and letting the market play its decisive role in allocating resources with making the government better exercise macroeconomic regulation and control;and the development of the stateowned enterprises and the state-owned economy with that of the private enterprises and the private economy,so as to hold higher the banner of reform and opening up.
