摘要 介绍了某汽车方向盘内饰件的成型工艺,采用Moldflow进行模流分析并制定注射成型方案,对模具结构进行了设计。模具采用热流道转普通流道潜伏式浇口进料,型腔板镶件采用3D打印仿形水路,冷却效果好,减少了塑件因自身结构导致的变形,提高了塑件的成型质量。 The forming process of the interior trim part of an automotive steering wheel iwas presented, the Moldflow software was used for mold flow analysis, and the injection scheme was formulated and the mould structure was designed. It adopted submarine gate with hot runner switching cold runner, and the cavity insert cooling system was designed by 3 D printing. The cooling system was effective for reducing the deformation risk and improving the forming quality of plastics.
