摘要
通过对对合成型模结构方案的分析,设计了玻璃钢半自动和全自动的成型模,采用液压缸活塞杆实现抽芯和闭合动作,不仅缓解了大批量生产的压力,还减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,并确保了通风管的成型质量。
Through the analysis on the structure scheme of the paired forming mould, the semi-automatic and fully automatic moulds for FRP were designed. Using piston rod of hydraulic cylinder to achieve the core-pulling and mould-closing action, it not only relieved the pressure of mass production, but also reduced the labor intensity of the operators. The forming quality of ventilating pipes was ensured.
