基于强气吹扰动下的建弧率计算模型研究 被引量:3

Calculation Model of Arc Establishing Rate Under the Disturbance of Strong Air Blowing

摘要 对强气吹扰动下纵吹半封闭式灭弧室内的灭弧特性,以及强气吹灭弧防雷间隙的建弧率计算模型进行了研究。通过对强气吹扰动下灭弧原理和结构分析,多次模拟了雷击过程,对强气吹扰动灭弧器试品进行冲击电流试验与工频灭弧试验,得出强气吹灭弧防雷装置的响应时间、气吹速度、扰动作用时间及灭弧特性;通过多次重复性试验,测量电弧电流为10 A、50 A和100 A时的扰动作用时间,记录各个扰动作用时间对应的灭弧情况数据,通过OriginPro软件对数据进行拟合,建立了强气吹扰动下的建弧率模型,并提出建弧率和雷击跳闸率的新算法。本文提出的新建弧率和雷击跳闸率算法的计算结果比原来规程法的结果小很多,与实际运行的结果更吻合,为强气吹灭弧防雷装置在实际工程应用中提供有利的理论依据。 Both the arc-quenching properties of semi-closed arcing cone and the arc establishing rate calculation model of the arc extinction by strong gas flow are studied. The response time,blowing speed,disturbance action time and the arc-quenching properties of this device were achieved by the experiments of impulse current test and alternating current arc test to arc extinguisher. Also the principle and structure of the arc extinction were analyzed under the disturbance of strong air. The arc extinction data which corresponding to different disturbance time were recorded under the testing current at 10 A,50 A and 100 A.According to the results which calculated by OriginPro,a new algorithm arc establishing rate and lightning trip out rate is proposed. The result computing with new algorithm put forward is much smaller than the original procedures result. And the new result is more consistent with the actual running results,which provide a useful theoretical basis for the practical engineering applications of strong air blow-out lightning protection device.
