应用硅橡胶材料附件提高瓷支柱绝缘子外绝缘强度的实验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study onSilicone Rubber Accessories to Improve External Insulation Properties of Porcelain Post Insulators

摘要 为了提高支柱绝缘子的外绝缘强度,根据电场分布理论、气体放电理论和沿面放电理论,提出了应用硅橡胶材料附件系统来控制绝缘子外部放电的发生和发展,从而达到提高支柱绝缘子外绝缘强度的目的。以110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子为例,进行了工频干闪电压、湿闪电压和污秽闪络电压的试验。试验结果表明,在没有改变支柱绝缘子的电气距离和结构参数的情况下,应用附件系统将工频干闪电压提高5. 9%,工频湿闪电压提高12. 37%,污秽闪络电压提高22. 06%。研究结果对提高支柱绝缘子的外绝缘有一定的指导意义。 In order to improve external insulation strength of post insulators,according to electric field distribution theory,gas discharge theory and surface discharge theory,the application of silicone rubber material accessories system is put forward to control occurrence and development of external discharges of insulators so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing external insulation strength of post insulators. Taking the 110 kV porcelain post insulator as an example,power frequency dry flashover tests and wet flashover voltage tests as well as pollution flashover voltage tests have been carried out. Experimental results show that applied accessories system raise power frequency dry flashover voltage by 5. 9%,wet flashover voltage by 12. 37% and pollution flashover voltage by 22. 06%,respectively,without altering electrical distance and structural parameters of post insulators. The finding shave some instructive significance as far as improving external insulation of post insulators.
