±800 kV特高压直流线路玻璃绝缘子自爆分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对±800 kV某特高压直流线路玻璃绝缘子集中自爆问题,本文对线路沿线省份玻璃绝缘子自爆情况进行了统计,对玻璃绝缘子集中自爆的规律和原因进行了分析。根据线路自爆情况,对自爆绝缘子按生产厂家、自爆位置、污区等级、自爆月份和是否涂RTV进行统计分析,发现,玻璃绝缘子厂家间的自爆情况存在明显的差异性;自爆位置沿串分布大致呈"马鞍"形,与电场分布有较好的一致性;自爆故障大多发生在夏季,且污秽等级对自爆故障存在影响;是否涂RTV涂料对自爆影响不大。结果表明:产品质量问题是发生集中自爆的重要原因,电场强度对绝缘子自爆存在重要影响,绝缘子表面污秽、温差和机械载荷也对自爆存在影响。 Facing the glass insulators self-blast of ±800 kV UHV DC line,statistics of the situation of self-blast problem of glass insulator are carried out,and the laws and causes of self-blast glass insulators are analyzed. The situation of this accident is counted from manufacturer,location of failure,grade of decontamination area,month of occurrence,and covering RTV or not. The result shows that glass insulators manufacturers are significantly different; the location of failure presented saddle shape,which was similar to the distribution of electric field on the surface of insulators; the self-blast fault is mostly occurred in the summer; the degree of contamination in the area indirectly affects the occurrence of self-blast fault.The analysis shows that that quality problem was the main reason for the fault; electric field has some influence; surface contamination,temperature and mechanical load also have influence on the explosion.
