摘要
采用针-板电极装置,分别对室温硫化硅橡胶试样施加幅值相同的负极性直流电压与交流电压,观测不同电晕形式对RTV防污闪涂料性能的影响。通过对比试验现象并对试样进行憎水恢复性测量、扫描电镜分析、傅里叶红外光谱测试、X射线光电子能谱分析,发现交直流电晕对硅橡胶材料的影响程度不同,具体表现为交流电晕老化后的试样表面破坏更严重,内部特征基团峰面积变小,憎水恢复性比直流电晕老化后的试样差。直流电晕老化后的试样生成大量含C=O、-OH基团的物质。交直流电晕老化均使试样表面C元素含量减少,O元素含量增加。
The same amplitude of negative polarity DC voltage and AC voltage were applied needle-plate electrode device to observe the effect of different corona forms on the performance of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber sample. By comparing the experimental phenomena and analysis the samples after corona aging by using hydrophobic recovery test,scanning electron microscopy test,infrared spectroscopy analysis and X-ray photo electron spectroscopy,it is found that the effects of AC corona aging and DC corona aging on silicone rubber material are different. The surface aging of the AC corona sample is more serious,the area of FTIR of the inner group is smaller,the hydrophobicity of AC corona sample is slower. The DC corona aging sample generates a large amount of material containing C =O and-OH groups. AC and DC corona aging entirely made C element content of samples surface decreased,O element content increased.
