针对目前针织厂存在的产品堆积量大、车间拥堵、现场乱放及方车查找困难等问题,研究并应用RFID方车定位系统。概述该系统的方案设计、系统组成、技术原理、技术指标及功能。介绍RFID方车定位系统的登录方式、软硬件以及具体功能和应用情况,主要功能包括系统管理功能、查询功能、预判功能和用户管理功能。最后总结应用RFID方车定位系统的收益效果。该系统与传统查找方车方式相比,查找合格率提升,出错率和工作量降低,能够快速准确地实现方车定位,提升效率。

In view of the problems existing in knitting factories,sach as large produce accumulation,workshop congestion,site random placement and difficulty in finding square vehicle,RFID square vehicle localization system is studied and applied.The scheme design,system composition,technical principles,technical indicators and functions of the system are outlined.The login mode,software and hardware,as well as specific functions and applications of RFID square vehicle localization system are introduced.The main functions include system management, query,prediction and user management.Finally,it summarizes the revenue effect of RFID vehicle positioning system.Compared with the traditional way of searching square vehicles,this system can improve the qualified rate and reduce the error rate and workload,which can quickly and accurately locate the square vehicles and improve the efficiency.
