选用羊绒纱线与金属镀膜纤维,通过电脑横机机号、纱线线密度、编织密度选择以及电脑组织织物花型设计,编织新型羊绒产品,详细介绍零星点缀织物、蝴蝶花型织物、菱形格织物、立体方格织物、风景壁画织物、交织变换织物的花型设计及编织工艺。编织的织物纹路清晰、立体感强、光泽渲染、个性时尚,改变了传统羊绒产品的组织特点,增加了羊绒织物的花色品种,有助于拓宽服装设计人员的思路.同时也为技术研发人员提供一定参考。

Cashmere yarn and metal coated fiber were used to knit a new type of cashmere product through computerized flat knitting machine gauge,yarn linear density,knitting density selection and computer tissue fabric pattern design.It introduced in detail the pattern design and knitting technology of scattered ornament fabric,butterfly pattern fabric,diamond checks fabric,three-dimensional square fabric,landscape mural fabric and interknitted and transformed fabric.The fabric has clear texture,strong sense of three-dimensional,luster rendering and individuality fashion,which changes the characteristics of traditional cashmere tissue and increases the variety of cashmere products, and helps to broaden the thinking of fashion designers and provides some references for the technical research and development personnel.
