摘要
指出现有纬编花型设计系统在打褶工艺设计方面存在的问题,介绍打褶的位置关系和打褶工艺原理,研究褶裥形态及相关参数之间的关系,设计一种简易的打褶工艺设计系统。介绍该系统定制打褶工艺规格设计模块和绘制打褶示意图模块的操作程序。该系统可以模拟打褶织物的编织效果图.还可以根据设计效果生成工艺参数,编织前可以合理选择总针数、收针数、褶间距、打褶个数,使打褶织物达到更加美观的效果.提高设计效率。
After finding the problems of the current weft knitting pattern design system in the pleating process design,the position relation of pleat and the pleating principle are introduced.A simple design system for pleated pattern is designed by analyzing the relationship between pleat forms and related parameters.The system includes the pleat specification module and the drawing pleat schematic diagram module,which can simulate the pleated knitting effect drawing and generate parameters by design effects.Designers can reasonably select the total needles, the narrowing needles,the distance between pleats and the number of pleats to make the pleated fabrics in order to achieve better design effects,and designers also can improve design efficiency.
