摘要
阐述艾丝纶TM蛋白纤维的制备工艺,指出其制备工艺的先进性。重点对艾丝纶TM蛋白纤维的形态结构、物理机械性能、蛋白质含量以及所编织织物的抑菌性能进行测试研究,介绍各性能指标的测试方法并进行结果分析。并根据艾丝纶TM蛋白纤维的性能特点,介绍其在针织及梭织领域的开发应用。
In this paper,the preparation process of HL-AzlonTM protein fiber was described,and its advanced processing technology was pointed out.It mainly measured and studied the cross-section morphological structure, physical and mechanical properties,protein content and antibacterial properties of HL-AzlonTM protein fiber.The test methods and result analysis of each performance index were introduced.At the same time,according to the performance characteristics of HL-AzlonTM protein fiber,the development and application of the fiber in the field of knitting and weaving were described.
