摘要
针对羊绒针织物易起毛起球的问题,选用8种38.46 tex×2走锭纺纯羊绒纱线为试验对象,测试纱线捻度、线密度、强力、条干均匀度和毛羽等性能指标,并将8种羊绒纱线分别编织成纬平针织物,利用YG511N型箱式起球仪测试羊绒针织物分别经2、3、4、5 h摩擦后的起毛起球性能,分析纱线性能对羊绒针织物起毛起球性能的影响。结果表明,羊绒纱线的毛羽值和捻度对羊绒针织物起毛起球性能的影响较大,纱线强力和条干不匀率对羊绒针织物起毛起球性能的影响较小。该研究为企业解决羊绒针织物起毛起球问题提供了一定依据。
In order to solve the problem that cashmere knitted fabrics are easily to be pilling, 8 kinds of 38.46 tex×2 mule spinning pure cashmere yarns were selected as the test objects to test the performance indicators such as twist, line density, strength, evenness and hairness of the yarns. 8 kinds of cashmere yarns were knitted into weft plain fabrics, and the pilling properties of cashmere knitted fabrics after being worn for 2, 3, 4, and 5 h were tested using the YG511N box kickers. The effect of yarn performance on the pilling properties of cashmere knitted fabrics was analyzed. The results show that the hairiness grade and twist of yarn have a great influence on the pilling properties of cashmere knitted fabric, and the yarn strength and unevenness have little effect on the pilling properties of cashmere knitted fabric. This study provides some basis for enterprises to solve the problem of pilling of cashmere knitted fabrics.
