电石渣中和/压滤/UASB工艺处理生物柴油废水

Treatment of Biodiesel Wastewater by Carbide Slag Neutralization/Filter Pressing/UASB Process

北方某废水处理厂一期工程采用隔油/调节/UASB/好氧生化处理生物柴油废水,效果较差。为保证生物柴油厂能正常生产,在一期污水处理工程的北部建设了二期污水处理工程,采用电石渣中和/压滤/两级UASB/AOO的组合工艺。实际运行结果表明,二期工程的平均进水COD、硫酸盐、氨氮、总磷分别为93 305、14 144、6. 8和0. 8 mg/L时,相应出水指标分别为247、218、0. 3和0. 4 mg/L,去除率分别为99. 7%、98. 5%、95. 6%和50%。该工艺耐冲击负荷强,出水水质能稳定达到设计标准,且运行费用较低,电费约8. 20元/m^3,药剂费约0. 20元/m^3。

The combined process of off separation/regulation/UASB/aerobic biochemical treatment was used to treat biodiesel wastewater in the first stage project of a wastewater plant of North China,but the treatment effect was poor.To guarantee the normal production of the biodiesel plant,the second stage project was built in the north of the first stage project.The combined process of carbide slag neutralization/filter pressing/two-stage UASB/AOO was used to treat biodiesel wastewater in the second phase project.The actual operation re-sults showed that when the average influent concentrations of COD,sulfate, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 93305mg/L,14144mg/L,6.8mg/L and 0.8mg/L respectively,the corresponding average effluent concentrations were 247mg/L,218mg/L,0.3mg/L and 0.4mg/L respectively,and the process removal rates were about 99.7%,98.5%,95.6% and 50% respectively in the second phase project.The process had stronger resistance to shock loading,and the effluent,quality could stably reach the design standards with lower operation costs,including 8.20yuan/m3 of electric charge and 0.20yuan/m^3 of chemicals cost.
