介绍了S-800型PVC树脂(平均聚合度800)的开发过程,测试了S-800的基本性能,研究了S-800用于硬质透明片材时的配方,得到的最佳配方为:S-800,100份;有机锡稳定剂,2.0份;亚磷酸三壬基苯酯,0.5份;内润滑剂,0.8份;外润滑剂,0.8份;硬脂酸钙,0.5份;ACR,0.5份;MBS B-513,6份。工业化加工应用试验表明:S-800具有良好的加工性能、优异的光学性能,所生产的透明制品满足厂家生产要求。

The development process of PVC resin S-800(with average polymerization degree 800) was introduced.The basic properties of S-800were tested.The formulation for rigid transparent sheet made of S-800 was studied.The optimum formulation was S-800 100,organotin stabilizer 2.0,trinonylphenyl phosphite 0.5,internal lubricant 0.8,external lubricant 0.8,calcium stearate 0.5,ACR 0.5, MBS B-513-6 parts.The industrial processing application test showed that S-800 had good processing properties and excellent optical properties,and the transparent products made of S-800 met the requirements of manufacturers.
