废次氯酸钠的循环利用及其对乙炔装置水耗的影响

分析了乙炔清净系统中影响次氯酸钠复配开车的相关问题,提出了改进措施并实施了相应的改造,实现了废次氯酸钠的循环利用,回用后乙炔装置的节水效果明显。

The problems affecting the commissioning of sodium hypochlorite compounding in acetylene purification system were analyzed.The improvement measures were put forward and the corresponding transformations were carried out.The recycling of waste sodium hypochlorite was realized.Thus,the water saving effect in acetylene plant was obvious.
