摘要
目的观察电针对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃残留率、小肠推进率及血浆胃饥饿素(ghrelin)含量的影响。方法将70只大鼠按随机数字表随机分为空白组和造模组,采用夹尾刺激配合不规则饮食法制备FD大鼠模型。将造模成功的45只大鼠再随机分为模型组、药物组和电针组。给予相对应的电针及药物治疗后检测各组大鼠胃残留率、小肠推进率,ELISA法检测大鼠血浆ghrelin含量。结果与空白组相比,模型组大鼠胃排空和小肠推进率明显延迟,大鼠一般情况评分降低,血浆ghrelin含量下降(P<0.05);电针组及药物组较模型组胃排空和小肠推进率增加,大鼠一般情况评分增加,血浆ghrelin含量明显增加(P<0.05),且电针组与药物组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论电针治疗可上调功能性消化不良模型大鼠血浆ghrelin的表达,加速胃排空,改善功能性消化不良症状。
Objective To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture(EA) on functional dyspepsia(FD) rats in general evaluation, gastric emptying and propulsive rate of the small intestine and the expression of ghrelin in the plasma. Methods The 70 rats were randomly divided into blank group and modeling group. The successfully established experimental FD rats models were randomly divided into model group, EA group and drug group. Except for blank group,the other 3 groups underwent modeling by tail clamp stimulation and giving an irregular diet. After successful modeling, EA group and drug group received EA and drug therapy respectively. At the end of treatment, the gastric emptying and propulsive rate of the small intestine were measured in the four groups. The ghrelin content in rat plasma was detected by ELISA. Results Compared with blank group,the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive rate of rats in model group were significantly delayed, the general condition scores of rats decreased, and plasma ghrelin levels decreased(P<0.05).Compared with model group, the gastric emptying and propulsive rate of the small intestine of EA group were faster, and the general condition score of rats increased and plasma ghrelin content increased significantly(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between EA group and drug group(P>0.05). Conclusion EA can regulate the expressions of ghrelin in the plasma in model rats with FD, speed up the gastric emptying and improve the symptoms of FD.
