复方甘草合剂联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗非小细胞肺癌术后咳嗽的疗效观察

Effect of Compound Glycyrrhiza Mixture Combined with Compound Metho-xyphenamine Capsules on Postoperative Cough in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察复方甘草合剂联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗非小细胞肺癌术后咳嗽的疗效。方法非小细胞肺癌术后咳嗽患者随机分为两组。对照组采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用复方甘草合剂,均治疗7d。比较两组患者治疗前后日间咳嗽与夜间咳嗽评分,应用中文版莱斯特咳嗽量表(LCQ-MC)进行评分比较以判断临床疗效。结果两组治疗后日间评分无差异(P>0.05),夜间评分有差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后LCQ-MC总分都有差异(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的LCQ-MC总分及生理维度分值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草合剂联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗非小细胞肺癌术后咳嗽比单一使用复方甲氧那明胶囊更具有临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Compound glycyrrhiza mixture combined with Compound methoxyphenamine capsules in treatment of postoperative cough in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Patients with postoperative cough of non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group were treated with Compound methoxyphenamine capsules, the treatment group were treated with Compound glycyrrhiza mixture on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 7 days. The daytime cough and nocturnal cough scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment and the patients were instructed to fill in the Chinese version of the Leicester cough scale,and to compare the scores to determine the clinical effect. Results There was no statistical difference in daylight cough between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05), and there were statistically different in night cough after treatment(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the total score of LCQ-MC in both groups had the statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the total score of LCQ-MC and the physiological dimension scores in treatment group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound glycyrrhiza mixture combined with Compound methoxyphenamine capsules is more effective intreatment of postoperative cough of non-small cell lung cancer than using compound methoxyphenamine capsules only.
