不同产地广陈皮水提物的祛痰、理气功效比较研究

Comparative Study of Eliminating Phlegm and Regulating Qi Functions of the Water Extracts of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Guangdong Different Regions

目的观察对比肇庆、惠州、新会三地出产的广陈皮在祛痰功效和理气功效上的差异。方法使用小鼠气管的酚红排泌量来评价三种不同产地广陈皮祛痰功效;比较三种不同产地广陈皮对家兔十二指肠自发收缩及痉挛性收缩的抑制率,评价其理气功效。结果新会陈皮和惠州陈皮能显著增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P<0.05),其中新会陈皮的祛痰功效相对优越;三种广陈皮对家兔十二指肠自发性和痉挛性收缩抑制率均有统计学差异(P<0.05),综合分析理气指标发现新会陈皮显著优于肇庆和惠州出产的陈皮(P<0.05)。结论新会出产的陈皮在祛痰、理气功效方面显著优于肇庆、惠州出产的陈皮。

Objective To compare the effect of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Zhaoqing (PZQ),Huizhou (PHZ) and Xinhui (PXH)on eliminating phlegm and regulating qi.Methods To evaluate the differences in the effect of eliminating phlegm between PZQ,PHZ and PXH by the amount of phenol sulfonphthalein secretion of trachea in mice.To evaluate the differences in the function of regulating qi between PZQ,PHZ and PXH by the inhibition of spontaneous and spasmodic contraction of duodenum in rabbits.Results Both PXH group and PHZ group showed significant increase of the amount of phenol sulfonphthalein secretion of trachea in mice(P<0.05),the effect of PXH was better than PHZ.All groups showed significantly effect of inhibition of spontaneous and spasmodic contraction of duodenum in rabbits(P<0.05),while according to comprehensive analysis,PXH was better than PZQ and PHZ in the index of regulating qi.Conclusion PZQ,PHZ and PXH all have the functions of eliminating phlegm and regulating qi,while the effect of PXH is better than PZQ and PHZ.
