清金化痰汤对小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效以及白细胞计数、C反应蛋白的影响

Clinical Effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction on Bronchopneumonia in Children and Its Influence on White Blood Cell Count and C-reactive Protein

目的观察清金化痰汤对支气管肺炎的临床疗效、白细胞计数及C反应蛋白的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将96例支气管肺炎患儿均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用清金化痰汤,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗后临床中医证候疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后体温、白细胞(WBC)计数、气道分泌物水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、气促喘息消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间、疾病痊愈时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清金化痰汤治疗支气管肺炎疗效显著,可有效改善患儿症状体征和血清PCT、CRP水平,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the effect of Qingjin Huatan decoction on bronchial pneumonia in children and its influence on white blood cell(WBC) count and C-reactive protein(CRP). Methods 96 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was treated by conventional treatment,observation group was treated by Qingjin Huatan decoction on the basis of control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The efficacy of TCM syndrome in observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05); the levels of temperature and airway secretion of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the time of fever clearance,cough disappeared,asthma disappeared,lung moist rale disappeared and recovery of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05); the levels of PCT,CRP of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qingjin Huatan decoction has good clinical effect for children with bronchial pneumonia.It can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children and the levels of serum PCT and CRP with high clinical value.
