归脾汤制膏治疗晚期癌症恶病质状态的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guipi Decoction Paste in Treatment of Advanced Cancer Cachexia State

目的观察归脾汤制膏治疗晚期癌症恶病质状态的临床效果。方法随机选取我院收治的晚期癌症恶病质状态患者60例,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为归脾汤制膏组和醋酸甲地孕酮组两组,统计分析两组患者的症状积分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果归脾汤制膏组患者的乏力、身疲、失眠、心悸积分均显著低于醋酸甲地孕酮组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率76.7%显著高于醋酸甲地孕酮组63.3%(P<0.05),不良反应发生率6.7%显著低于醋酸甲地孕酮组16.7%(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤制膏治疗晚期癌症恶病质状态的临床效果较醋酸甲地孕酮好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guipi decoction paste in treatment of advanced cancer cachexia state. Methods 60 cases of patients with advanced cancer cachexia were randomly divided into Guipi decoction paste group and megestrol acetate group according to treatment methods,the symptoms,clinical efficacies,adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The fatigue,physical fatigue,insomnia,palpitations scores of Guipi decoction group were significantly lower than those of megestrol acetate group(P<0.05),the total treatment efficiency was 76.7%,significantly higher than 63.3% of megestrol acetate group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.7%, significantly lower than 16.7% of megestrol acetate group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Guipi decoction paste is better than megestrol acetate in treatment of advanced cancer cachexia state.
