中药联合藻酸盐对预防肠造瘘患者造口破溃的临床应用

Clinical Application of Combined Alginate in the Prevention of Stomatal Rupture in Patients with Enterostomy

目的观察中药制剂联合藻酸盐对肠造瘘患者造口预防破溃的临床应用。方法选取我院收治的肠造瘘患者100例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组应用造口护肤粉治疗,研究组应用中药制剂联合藻酸盐的方法治疗,对比两组患者的皮肤的愈合情况、VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分以及造口底盘的更换情况。结果治疗后,研究组的愈合情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第5天以及出院前,研究组VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对比造口底盘的更换情况,研究组的造口底盘的更换频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药制剂联合藻酸盐预防肠造瘘患者造口破溃,有助于加速造口周围皮肤的愈合,尽量延长造口袋的粘贴时间,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)preparation combined with alginate in preventing rupture of patients with enterostomy.Methods 100 cases of patients received enterostomy were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with stoma powder,treatment group was treated with TCM preparation combined with alginate.The skin healing and the VAS scores of the two groups were compared,as well as the replacement of the ostomy chassis.Results Compared with control group,the healing confition of treatment group was significantly better (P<0.05).The VAS score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group 5d after treatment and before discharge (P<0.05).Compared with the replacement of the ostomy chassis,the replacement frequency of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM preparation combined with alginate to prevent ulceration of enterostomy is helpful to accelerate the healing of skin around the stoma,prolong the sticking time of the pocket as far as possible,and alleviate the pain of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
