综合疗法治疗肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Comprehensive Therapy in Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的观察我科自行探索的综合疗法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将选取的120例肩周炎患者随机分为四组(每组30例),分别为治疗组与对照1、2及3组;治疗组采用针刀结合关节松动及超短波治疗,对照1组采取单纯针刀治疗,对照2组采取单纯关节松动术治疗,对照3组采取单纯超短波治疗,治疗1月后,评估各组患者肩部疼痛程度(VAS评分)、活动功能(Constant评分)的改善情况及总有效率,并进行组间比较。结果治疗组VAS评分、Constant评分的改善情况均明显优于对照1、2及3组(P<0.01)。综合评价,治疗组总效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刀疗法结合关节松动术及超短波的综合疗法可有效改善肩周炎患者的疼痛及功能受限,提高疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 120 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into four groups: treatment group and three(1~3)control groups,30 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with comprehensive therapy(acupotomy with joint mobilization and ultrashort wave),the 1 st control group was treated with simple acupotomy,the 2 nd control group was treated with simple joint loosening,the 3 rd control group was treated with simple ultra short wave treatment. After 1 month of treatment,the improvement of shoulder pain relief(VAS score),activity function(Constant score)and the total effective rates were evaluated and compared between groups. Results The improvement of VAS score and constant score in treatment group was significantly better than those in control groups(P<0.01). The total efficiency of treatment group was significantly better than that of control groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of acupotomy combined with joint loosening and ultrashort wave can effectively improve the pain and activity function of scapulohumeral periarthritis and improve the curative effect. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
