推拿法治疗婴幼儿乳糖不耐受腹泻的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Manipulation in Treatment of Infant Lactose Intolerance Diarrhea

目的观察中医小儿推拿法治疗婴幼儿乳糖不耐受腹泻的临床疗效。方法从乳糖不耐受腹泻患儿中挑选50例作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组两组,其中对照组患儿采用去乳糖食物疗法,观察组患儿采用中医小儿推拿法治疗。观察两组患儿的临床治愈情况、病程情况、复发情况及临床症状消退时间。结果观察组患儿的临床总有效率明显优于对照组患儿(P<0.05),病程明显短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。另外观察组患儿临床症状缓解时间也明显早于对照组患儿(P<0.05),复发率明显低于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论对乳糖不耐受腹泻患儿采取中医小儿推拿法治疗可以明显提高患儿的临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile lactose intolerance diarrhea treated with manipulation.Methods 50 cases of children with lactose intolerance diarrhea were divided into control group and observation group. Control group received conventional treatment,observation group received manipulation. The clinical effect,the course of the disease,the recurrence and the disappearance of clinical symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and the course of the disease was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. In addition,the clinical symptom relief time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the relapse rate was also significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Manipulation can significantly shorten the course of the disease and the time of clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate,thereby improving the clinical effect in treatment of infantile lactose intolerance diarrhea.
