PubMed收录湖北中医药大学科技论文的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine Based on PubMed

目的了解PubMed收录湖北中医药大学科技论文的情况,以期为学校决策部门在科研管理、学科建设和人才培养等方面提供参考。方法对1958年-2016年PubMed收录的湖北中医药大学科技论文进行收集、整理,从年度发文情况、发文作者、发文期刊、高频主题词方面进行统计分析。结果共检出相关文献237篇,发文量逐年增加;高产作者大多是该学科领域的带头人;论文发表在18种中国出版的期刊和71种国外出版的期刊上;高频主题词主要集中在中草药相关、针灸相关、基因及遗传学相关、疾病相关、实验方法等5类。结论本校论文数量逐年增加,应着力提高发文水平,加强与其他机构间的合作。

Objective To realize the scientific paper of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine in PubMed, so as to provide reference for the decision-making departments in the fields of scientific research management, discipline construction and personnel training. Methods Collect and sort out the documents of PubMed from 1958~2016, make statistical analysis from the situation of annual dispatch, author, journal, high-frequency MeSH terms. Results A total of 237 related articles were retrieved, the number of published articles increased year by year. Prolific authors were the leaders of the research area. All articles were published in 18 Chinese published journals and 71 foreign Journals. High-frequency MeSH terms were clustered into 5 categories, which ranked as herbal medicine, acupuncture, DNA/genetic, disease, empirical method. Conclusion Scientific papers are generally in good shape, suggesting each department unified name, and efforts should be made to improve the dispatch level and strengthen cooperation with other institutions.
