银杏叶联合叶酸治疗糖尿病肾病高同型半胱氨酸血症的临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study of Ginkgo biloba Leaves Combined with Folic Acid in Treatment of Hyperhomocysteinemia in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的观察银杏叶联合叶酸对糖尿病肾病高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hhcy)血小板、内皮功能的影响。方法 70例确诊为2型糖尿病肾病Hhcy患者,随机分为治疗组(银杏叶联合叶酸)36例和对照组(叶酸)34例,疗程12周,比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效及血浆Hcy、P-选择素、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、纤维蛋白原水平。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(<0.05);治疗后两组患者血浆Hcy、P-选择素、血浆vWF及纤维蛋白原水平均较治疗前下降(<0.05),且治疗组P-选择素下降更明显(<0.05)。结论银杏叶联合叶酸治疗可下调糖尿病肾病Hhcy水平,改善糖尿病肾病患者血小板及内皮功能,延缓糖尿病肾病患者病情进展。 Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba leaves combined folic acid on the platelet and endothelial function in hyperhomecysteinemia(Hhcy) of diabetic kidney disease. Methods 70 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease Hhcy were randomly divided into treatment group(Ginkgo biloba leaves combined folic acid) in 36 cases and control group(folic acid) in 34 cases, course 12 w,The clinical efficacy and the levels of plasma Hcy, P-selectin, vascular hemophilia factor(von Willebrand’ s factor, vWF) and fibrinogen in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the plasma Hcy,Pselectin, plasma vWF and fibrinogen were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05) in the two groups,and the decrease of the levels of plasma P-selectin in treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaves combined with folic acid can reduce the Hhcy level of diabetic nephropathy, improve the function of platelet and endothelium function in diabetic kidney disease patients and delay the progression of diabetic kidney disease.
